The Cardinal Freeman Resource Centre offers students a variety of facilities they can use to improve their learning at school, as well as providing a place where students can relax in something approaching quiet.
The library has a substantial collection (more than 20 000) of printed items, including a varied collection of contemporary fiction, periodicals, reference books, and non-fiction titles.
In addition, the library boasts 31 iMac desktops, a state-of-the-art printer/photocopier and enough space for two classes to work simultaneously.
The library is open from 8:00-8:30am every morning, every recess and lunchtime (except Thursday), and after school Monday-Wednesday till 3:30pm. Students are encouraged to use the library at this time to complete and print assignments, revise schoolwork, read quietly, and participate in sedate recreational activities.
